To facilitate effective maintenance and repair, the owners' corporation of a building should keep detailed information about the building facilities, for example -
the building plans;
the layout plans of drainage, water supply, fire services
and electricity supply systems;
the layout plans of lighting system in common areas
and communal aerial systems;
contracts for the installation of water pumps, lifts,
generators and air-conditioning system.
