Owners should carry out inspection regularly. If any
of the above problems is identified, a relevant professional
should be engaged to undertake the checking and repairs.
If the state of a building is so poor that it may threaten
public safety, Buildings Department will order the owners
concerned to carry out inspection and repairs.
