Corruption Risks

Building management personnel should be aware of the following corruption risks -

	Preferential treatment to contractors when selecting contractors or monitoring their performance
	Using false documents to facilitate embezzlement
	Allowing unauthorized parking or use of public areas
	Covering up staff's malpractice such as absence from duty, outside work or submission of false attendance/overtime records
