Information about the Building

To facilitate effective building maintenance and repair, the owners' corporation of a building should keep detailed information about the building facilities, for example -

• the building plans;
• the layout plans of drainage, water supply, fire services and electricity supply systems;
• the layout plans of lighting system in common areas and communal aerial systems;
• contracts for the installation of water pumps, lifts, generators and air-conditioning system.
