Ceiling Leakage

  • There are numerous causes for ceiling leakage. In most cases, it is leakage of the drainage pipe of a flat that causes ceiling leakage to the flat directly below.
  • The occupant of the affected flat should engage a licensed plumber to carry out a thorough examination. If necessary, the occupant of the upper flat should be asked to provide access for conducting tests.
