Corruption Risks

Building management personnel should be aware of the following corruption risks -

• Preferential treatment to contractors when selecting contractors or monitoring their performance
• Using false documents to facilitate embezzlement
• Allowing unauthorized parking or use of public areas
• Covering up staff's malpractice such as absence from duty, outside work or submission of false attendance/overtime records
