Launching Ceremony of BM Link - Tea Reception Hosted by the Director of Home Affairs cum Visit to URRC (19 June 2012)

Following the LEAD Programme, which offers training to owners participating in building management on a voluntary basis as office-bearers of owners' corporations, the Home Affairs Department has organised the BM Link for graduates of the Programme. Through regular meetings and programmes, the BM Link will enable these graduates to further enhance their knowledge in building management and have opportunities to share experience, which will be conducive to promoting the concept of “Mentors of the Public”, and fostering a building care culture and mutual help across the territory.
