"BM Link" - Workshop on Financial Management of Owners' Corporations

A Workshop on Financial Management of Owners' Corporations (OCs) was organised on 20 December 2012 for the BM Link. Mr Stephen LIU, JP, a Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, was invited to speak on financial management of OCs. Topics included supervision of property management companies in preparing financial statements of OCs as required by Building Management Ordinance (Cap. 344), and the “Dos” and “Don'ts” for OCs in procurement and tendering.
