Workshop on Building Maintenance and Building Management

The Home Affairs Department organised a Workshop on Building Maintenance and Building Management on 2 March 2017 in Mei Foo Community Hall, inviting representatives of the Urban Renewal Authority to explain the general procedures of building maintenance works and the “Smart Tender” Building Rehabilitation Facilitating Services, members of the Hong Kong Mediation Council to introduce the mediation service on building management, as well as officials of the Labour Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Council to speak on the occupational safety of building maintenance works.

The Workshop was well received, with more than two hundred participants, including members of owners' corporations, participants of the Advanced LEAD Programme and Resident Liaison Ambassadors.
