“BM Link” – New Year Tea Reception cum Building Management Seminar

On 3 March 2018, the Home Affairs Department (HAD) organised a New Year tea reception cum building management seminar for the “BM Link”. Mr Dicky Ngan, Manager (Building Rehabilitation) of the Urban Renewal Authority (URA), was invited as the guest speaker on a number of building rehabilitation schemes of the URA, including “Smart Tender” Building Rehabilitation Facilitating Services, Integrated Building Maintenance Assistance Scheme and Operation Building Bright 2.0.

After delivering a speech at the event, Ms Josephine Cheung, Assistant Director of HAD, presented a souvenior to Mr Dicky Ngan of the Urban Renewal Authority.

Mr Dicky Ngan introduced various building rehabilitation schemes of the URA.

Participants listened to the speaker attentively.
