Central Platform on Building Management

Introduction

To strengthen support for owners’ corporations (OCs), owners’ committees (OComs) and Mutual Aid Committees (MACs) in building management and large-scale maintenance projects etc, the Home Affairs Department has set up the Central Platform on Building Management. Regular briefings for owners, OCs, OComs and MACs will be organised. Government departments and institutions, including the Buildings Department (BD), the Fire Services Department (FSD), Electrical & Mechanical Services Department (EMSD), the Hong Kong Police Force, the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), the Urban Renewal Authority, and the Competition Commission are invited to introduce various services and schemes on building management and maintenance. Through these one-stop briefings, owners, OCs, OComs and MACs will be able to learn more about details of the services and schemes, and their application methods and contact information.
