Panel of Advisors on Building Management Disputes *

Introduction

As building management matters are getting increasingly complicated, the Home Affairs Department (HAD) has set up the Panel of Advisors on Building Management Disputes (the Panel). The objective is to help resolve complicated building management disputes. Upon referral from a District Office, the HAD will arrange one convenor and two members from the Panel to form a panel to study the case in detail. The panel will offer neutral, authoritative and professional advice to the parties concerned to help resolve the dispute.

The Panel comprises professionals of different background (including lawyers, accountants, surveyors, engineers and property managers, etc.), with rich experience in building management matters.
